Environmental Commitment
We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint by:
Reducing environmental impact at the early design stage.
All vans are new and use Ad-Blue
Donating surplus stock to the BHF
- Designing products and services that reduce environmental impact.
- Leveraging digital technologies to cut down on travel and emissions, thus reducing our carbon footprint.
- Ensuring all vans are new and use Ad-Blue to reduce harmful emissions and make diesel vehicles more environmentally friendly.
- Supporting green commuting by offering employees bus discounts and cycle to work schemes. Also promoting free birthday month bus ticket etc.
- Purchasing sustainable or recycled office products where possible to minimize the use of single use plastics.
- Effectively managing waste and recycling, with a focus on minimising landfill contributions and achieving recognised environmental accreditations.
- Establishing an employee forum to drive positive environmental initiatives, supported by education and training.
- Donating surplus stock to the BHF and secondhand furniture that can be resold
- Working to ensure all fabric used for our products are recycled by X date

- Maintaining transparency through regular, clear reporting of financial performance, objectives, and strategies to our stakeholders, customers, and employees.
- Adhering to stringent anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies and procedures.
- Considering long term risks which are managed through a continuous exercise of risk identification, risk appraisal and, where appropriate, the implementation of mitigating actions. This includes regular review of risks in boarding meetings, which take place monthly, and input from colleagues within relevant areas of business and from a range of external sources.
- Being committed to treating all colleagues with fairness, respect and equality, and continue to assess ways of enhancing pay and benefits along with wider support available to all colleagues.
- The directors and SLT regularly engage with suppliers to discuss performance, quality, price, and how by working in close partnership with OTM can continually improve its supply chain.
